Scallion pancake egg wrap/ roll-up with Chinese sausage, cheddar cheese, and that GOAT chili oil I won’t stop promoting— makes my tummy happy. I wish I could say these were homemade scallion pancakes although Chimei has me beat. They come frozen & raw so you get to pretend like you’re cooking them in real time. Only flakey scallion-esc. goodness happening here.
